After completing 06 successful months client agree to refund 100% of submitted amount after realizing following circumstances.
Delivery associate delivery partner is achieving minimal payment in every submission cycle.
Delivery associate never falls under the circumstances of rework.
Delivery associate or his delivery partners never hold the work more than 30 days which is maximum limit for whole 11 month agreement.
Delivery associate is not breaching any clause mutually agreed and mentioned in the agreement.
