Co-Founder & CTO holds an Bachelor’s in Engineering Having around 22+ yrs of architecture, design and development experience in Web-based Enterprise applications as Project Manager, Solutions/Technical Architect, TechLead and Software Engineer. - Extensive experience in Java/J2EE technologies using Web services, EJBs, Java Messaging Services, Java server side technologies like Servlet, JSP and Struts framework, data exchange using XML representation, SOA framework. - Experience in ATG packages such as ATG - Ecommerce, Content Administration, Merchandising and Personalization. - Experience in Endeca Search - Strong Oops Concepts and proficiency in J2EE Application Design using Unified Process and Design Patterns, Visual Modeling with Rational Suite of products and traditional SDLC. - Experience in working with application Servers and webservers like IBM Websphere ,BEA Web Logic and JBoss with DBMS like Oracle and DB2. - Experience in various Business Domain like E-Commerce, Banking, Insurance and Health Care. - Experience in Project Management, Schedule and effort planning/tracking, team handling and team mentoring, Remote Project Coordination based on Global delivery model.
